thanks to all who visited on day two and registered for the blog.
We won’t be holding a themed wine tasting this week because I have left it too late to organise it as today is Thursday today!
However, next Thursday 14th July from 6.00pm to 7.00pm I propose a tasting of the Bordeaux wines of Jean-Baptiste Brunot and one of his neighbours. The tasting will comprise a classical Bordeaux Blanc, a modern rosé and three reds. Significant discounts will apply for orders placed and paid within the hour! Participation is free of charge and we would urge you to tell your Bordeaux-loving friends who are also welcome. If you can’t make it but would like to take advantage of the offers, visit www.wine-boutique.co.uk during that hour for the same deals.
There is a possibility that on the following Thursday 21st July, Anne Mourllion will be over from Maison Albert Sounit of Rully, Burgundy and, that being so, we will hold a similar event based around her wines. They’re all quite posh but we will be doing at least one incredibly priced deal as we have surplus stock.
I’ll confirm that one next week.
